Director - Chairman of the Board
Chuck Wagner is a Director and Chairman of the Board of Oncology Pharma. He has well established relationships across several industries and has acted as a connector and key driver of business development. He has provided business consultation and networking services to Baylor College of Medicine, Double Crown Resources, Inc., and Town Cloud, Inc.
Chuck earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from University of Colorado, Boulder.
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Mr Malesek has joined the Company as an Interim CEO to help guide Oncology Pharma through its capitalization and financing. He brings 25+ years of capital markets experience having lead and participated in the financing of numerous private and public companies. His experience spans working in investment banking, private equity, merchant banking and having held senior management positions in private and public companies.

Vijay Mahant, M.S. Ph.D.
Vijay Mahant received his MS., Ph.D. and first post-doctorate from LUT (UK), He received his second post-doctorate from UT Health Science Center at Houston/MD Anderson, TX, USA). Dr. Mahant is a scientist and an entrepreneur with more than 35 years of experience in immuno-and precision medicine (oncology, cardiology, pain management and psychiatric, etc). He has held executive positions and he is founder/co-founder of diagnostic companies, He is currently the VP, Precision oncology, Batu Biologics. Dr. Mahant has been involved in fund raisings, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) and he has 30 issued patents and 10 patents pending; he has authored and/or co-authored publications in journals and science books. He is an associate editor of the "Journal of Translation Medicine" . Dr. Mahant has managed intellectual property, including in and out licensing. He developed several FDA cleared products with multi-million dollars in revenues. Dr. Mahant is on the SAB/MAB of Batu Biologics (an oncology company ), CHIPSA Hospital (an oncology hospital) , Trutino Biosciences (an oncology company), TulyNode (an autologous immune therapy company) and Immunicom (medical device company for oncology)

Stefan Gruenwald, Ph.D./MD - Director
Dr. Stefan Gruenwald is Founder and Managing Director of Genautica (http://www.genautica.com) a seed funding entity for high technology ventures. Genautica was the initial seed investor of Diagnomics (https://www.diagnomics.com) and participated in starting and funding the EONE-Diagnomics Genome Center (www.egdc.com) in Korea, an entity which went public for over 400 million USD on Kosdaq. Dr, Gruenwald has over 28 years experience in the Biotech Industry in San Diego, CA. He was the Chief Technology Officer at PharMingen (91-97) and the VP of R&D at Becton Dickinson (97-00). Dr. Gruenwald was also involved in several mergers and acquisitions in the $200+ MM range.
Shawn Crouse - Director
Shawn Crouse has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry working with investment products, account/relationship management, and compliance. During that time Shawn has worked with a variety of individual and institutional investors to raise millions of dollars for companies in the real estate, equipment leasing, financial technology, and other industries. He currently holds the title of Managing Director, Compliance for a securities firm. Shawn has several securities licenses including that of a securities supervisor.
Dimitri Theofilopolous, Esq. - Theo Law Firm
Mr. Dimitri Theofilopoulos co-founded Batu Biologics (a pioneering company in oncology) in December 2013, where he served as a general counsel and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Theofilopoulos is a former (2010-2013) Scripps Research Institute compliance attorney. Prior to that, he practiced employment and healthcare law in Los Angeles, where he gained extensive litigation experience. Mr. Theofilopoulos has a B. A degree in History from UCLA and a J.D from USC School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
